About this position:

This Recruiter will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting of a variety of type and level of positions, which are assigned based on business need. This could include entry-level (clinical and non-clinical) to manager positions that could be in any of our clinic locations or business offices across the country. So, this role requires the ability to successfully thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment with a positive attitude about tackling anything that comes along.

We need out-of-the box thinkers with new, fresh approaches to locating the best and the brightest candidates. Someone with a proactive, creative approach to sourcing, and who has an extreme sense of urgency. Critical competencies for this job include strategic sourcing & planning, effective use of technology, and consulting and relationship building skills. In addition to demonstrated success in all of these skills, other minimum requirements are:

* High School diploma or equivalent required.

* Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business or related field strongly preferred

* Minimum of 5 years experience in recruiting or 5 years experience in Human Resources required

* Minimum of 2 years experience in high volume recruiting department managing high traffic flow and multiple position/discipline openings preferred

* Prior experience with electronic applicant tracking systems (Workday) strongly preferred

* Experience is staffing agency preferred

Salary Range- $51400- $75500
