Job Summary
This position will be responsible for day-to-day execution helping to drive the strategic vision for Xfinity and Comcast Business Paid Social Media and support all content and partnership initiatives. The Manager, Media Strategy & Planning will assist with the development and execution of custom digital and integrated media programs across the Xfinity and Comcast Business portfolio to raise awareness and consideration for the brand as well as drive innovation and growth in our media tactics. Responsibilities include close collaboration with Creative, Media, agency teams and Divisions to ensure seamless execution across multiple platforms, including, but not limited to, social, digital, experiential, etc.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
* Lead/oversee campaigns from start to finish which includes program development, coordination across planning and activation teams, campaign optimization, stewardship, and reporting
* Coordinate across our social, content, and product strategies
* Leverage media relationships to drive greater impact for the business
* Develop process improvements and build/grow relationships across cross functional teams, including ad sales, Marketing Communications, creative and media agencies, and legal
* Manage project execution, including integrated sponsorships and content development across TV, Digital, Social, Print, Events, and other emerging and interactive platforms
* Help manage paid social media agencies (strategic and execution) across the portfolio
* Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, and social advertising campaigns
* Develop frameworks for strategy development, KPI alignment to business goals and valuation of all undertaken efforts for iterative test and learn pipelines
* Design, develop and ensure rigor around all paid social analysis, reporting, and measurement
* Bring creativity and ideation capabilities to drive unique consumer engagement strategies
* Manage 1st, 2nd and 3rd party data sources for customer and prospect targeting across the evolving social partner landscape
* Stay abreast of innovation and changes taking place in the branded content space, and proactively bring opportunities forward
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Business Insights, Analytics, Sales and Finance to advance business goals
* Coordinate Corporate & Division/Region media efforts and evolve standards and processes/methodologies for aligning Corporate and Division Social and Sponsorship Media spend
* Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
