We are looking for an experienced Program/Project Management Organization(PMO) Leader to support our Global Services organization and work with our expert project/program management teams across the world. Do you have a passion for project & program management? Then we would love to hear from you.

What youll do

Collaborate with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new and existing Global Services medium/large scale projects and initiatives.

Manage projects through full lifecycle from start to finish and deliver:

* Optimal return-on-investment and on-time execution
* Effective communication across different layers of organization
* Proper project management rigor (kickoff, charter, goals, KPIs, resources, funding)
* Smooth project execution (milestones, reviews, driving deadlines and accountability)
* Appropriate utilization of project management tools

Analyze, evaluate, and overcome project risks + interdependencies, and produce project reporting for management and stakeholders.

Create and lead a new Global Services Program Council where stakeholders are given regular project updates and a decision-making framework to start/stop/pivot or persevere through project lifecycle

Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring project goals are achieved Collaborate and align with other Cytiva PMO teams and leverage/share best practices as appropriate; stay connected with other Danaher OpCo and external trends

Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance while ensuring compliance with Finance, Accounting, Legal, Sourcing, EHS and other internal functional support processes

Travel as needed to support the portfolio of projects; 15-50%

Who you are

* BS Degree in Engineering or equivalent; MBA preferred
* Minimum of ten (10) years relevant project leadership experience with greater than 8 years multi-disciplinary knowledge of the life sciences or biomedical industry
* Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional project teams and an ability to drive project design plans to completion
* Demonstrated success in building and leading collaborative global and cross-functional teams and relationships
* Demonstrated facilitation and negotiation skills in driving closure on product/program-related decisions/issues
* Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - communicates in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information / data to make decisions, anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve, creates actionable strategies and operational plans
* Proficient with project management principles (e.g., resource allocation, cost estimation, risks analysis) & project management tools and applications software to manage complex project timelines and resources.
* Professional Project Management (e.g. certified by PMI, Program Management Institute) preferred.
