At The Coca-Cola Company, we are seeking a talented, resourceful, and self-motivated Executive Administrative Assistant with a growth mindset to work with the General Counsel. This role will also partner with other team EAs to assist with department-wide projects and events, and lead initiatives to drive scale and efficiency

Job Description

* Manage the General Counsels calendar and travel to ensure balance of day-to-day responsibilities with minimal disruptions

* Ensure open communication where people feel energized, motivated and welcome to engage with the office of the General Counsel.

* Develop strong, collaborative working relationships with the Executive Administrative Assistant of Sr. Leadership and legal colleagues (in functions, Practice Circles and Operating Units), clients and other relevant stakeholders

* The successful candidate will possess the ability to understand the big picture and complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance.

* Demonstrate a growth mindset that also comes with a sense of urgency to situations and events that require quick response.

* A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company.

* The candidate will also be client-service oriented, have great attention to detail while still meeting tight deadlines, have great organization skills and have the ability to switch gears at a moment's notice.

* Drive operational excellence and best practices across the administrative teams

* Manage invoices, create purchase orders and the payment to legal providers

* Coordinate and request legal reports to external law firms

* Prepare and finalize letters and other correspondence

* Open, track and close matters, organize and update filing

* Coordinate and assist with attorney committee assignments and duties

* Gather information from various internal and external sources for team presentations and legal documents

* Prepare and submit expense reports for the office of the general counsel

* Assist in the preparation of legal documents, edit documents for accuracy and clarity

* Assist, as requested, with presentations

* Organize managers agenda. Video conference, open meetings, conference calls

Job Requirements:

* Computer skills: Microsoft Office 365 (such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, collaborative platforms such as Teams, Onedrive and Yammer).

* Strong presentation drafting skills
Handle confidential information

* Clear and efficient communication skills

Experience

* University or College Degree, BS/BA or equivalent work experience required

* At least 4 years of previous experience in similar position. Previous experience in assisting a companys legal department is highly valued.
