* Primary responsibilities will include ensuring the Rare TRC is compliant with all URAC standards. This role will manage clinical training and development for URAC with appropriate sign offs. Position will work closely across all departments within the Rare TRC to ensure compliance.
* Audit Preparation: responsible for attending all implementation meetings for Rare Disease annual audits and working cross-functionally across all departments within the Rare TRC. Responsible for all post-audit CAPA followups for the Rare TRC. Recommended that the potential candidate have knowledge of all REMS requirements within the Rare TRC to represent the TRC on audit calls.
* New Hire Training/Onboarding: responsible for setting up training for all new Clinical team members, onboarding, NEO, and integration into the Rare TRC. Position will also create, manage, and update all new hire training materials including a new hire training matrix.
* SOP Creation/Updates: responsible for reviewing and updating all Clinical team SOPs to ensure accuracy.
* Quality Assurance: responsible for assisting the Rare Disease Clinical team with Call Quality Monitoring (CQM) to meet enterprise guidelines. Responsible for researching quality issues as needed and recommending process improvements.
* Staff Technician duties as needed. Obtains new prescriptions and prescription refill information from customers. May retrieve, count, and measure drugs. Resolves problems related to customer prescription inquiries. Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred
