Job Description
In this role, the Senior Financial Analyst will leverage strong financial skills to explore historical financial data, predict future results and drive process and policy improvements.
Day-today responsibilities include:
* Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts, etc) taking into account companys goals and financial standing
* Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking and process analysis
* Partnering with business leaders and providing trends in financial performance and recommendations for improvement
* Assist in identifying and improving processes and efficiencies within Finance
* Presentation of financial results/reports to non-financial audiences
* Interact positively and pro-actively between departments to promote a team work philosophy
Minimum Requirements:
* BS degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field
* 3-5 years experience in a financial analyst role
* In depth financial planning, financial analysis, data mining and modeling expertise
* Excellent organizational, interpersonal and oral and written communication skills
* Ability to excel in working within an open, flexible, results-oriented, performance based environment
* Intermediate to advanced technical skills in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and Strong Excel financial modeling skills
