The AppleCare BPR team has an immediate opening for a Systems Quality Management Project Manager to manage and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for Regional and Global AppleCare initiatives. You will be responsible for the planning, coordination, execution management and progress reporting of testing activities for BPR projects across business groups within AppleCare.

* 5-7 years Project Management experience, with 3+ years of testing/QA experience
* Experience planning and leading multiple projects
* Ability to develop technical expertise and understanding of system interdependencies, and their impacts on testing plans
* Proficient at balancing multiple efforts at a time
* Excellent listening, communication, leadership and presentation skills
* Ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal partners
* Experience with service organizations
* Strong organizational and documentation skills
* Experience with SAP R/3 and SAP S/4 HANA
* Experience in migrating from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4 HANA
* Experience with Logistics & Supply Chain project management and testing
* Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

In this role you will partner with other project managers, business teams, UAT testers and the IS&T team to establish an efficient and effective test plan, then ensure flawless execution. You will own risk identification and issue resolution/management for all UATs while skillfully navigating through multiple priorities and demands. You should have a proven track record of gaining alignment by working closely with the Business and Technical communities. You exemplify flexible thinking, curiosity, self-motivation, dedication to quality, focus on the details, and a positive perspective. PROJECT MANAGEMENT - Partner with BPR PMs to understand the project scope and functionality to be tested - Proactively look for issues beyond daily demands and identify trajectories (technological, organizational, political), and identify appropriate mitigation plans - Estimate resource requirements to complete UAT - Balance multiple demands, and select the right tasks on which to focus from among the multiple things contending for your attention - Utilize analytical skills to investigate and drive issues found in UAT activities UAT COORDINATION - Drive UAT schedule, planning meetings and activities - Responsible for presenting system impacts on UAT schedules - Partner with business teams to identify test scenarios and create test scripts prior to UAT - Partner with IS&T to assess testing plans and ensure test coverage - Ensure the UAT environments and required data are available to support testing - Responsible for handling critical issues within IS&T or Business teams PLANNING, REPORTING AND ISSUE RESOLUTION - Responsible for reporting progress status on UAT activities and issues to the project team and to management - Drive technical root cause analysis across multiple systems and ensure issue resolution - Partner with Global UAT manager and regional IS&T teams to ensure realistic UAT plans and resourcing are in place - Approach problems flexibly, and be willing to adapt and modify your approach, without compromising on the outcome. BUSINESS KNOWLEDGE - Deep understanding of AppleCare business models and process flows, supply chain/logistics models, and service models - Understanding of MDM and IS&T operations and processes - Ability to analyze and understand business data/processes in relation to Business projects - Seek expertise and involve the right experts for the best outcome INTERPERSONAL SKILLS - Partner with BPR Project Managers on UAT planning, timelines, scope & requirements - Build solid working relationships with IS&T teams - Effectively lead meetings and communicate resulting actions - Inspire others to fight for excellence, even under competing priorities and pressures - Communicate effectively with partners to ensure high quality project delivery - Foster healthy debate and seek to understand multiple perspectives
