JLL is looking for a Retail Analyst to support its National Leasing Team in the Chicago/Atlanta area. This position will be responsible for providing financial analysis, financial reporting, marketing and administrative support in service of our clients and leasing teams to make informed decisions. Duties performed may include a broad range of complex tasks and special projects. This position requires a professional who can prioritize projects to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
ANALYTICS
* Create and maintain detailed real estate documents requiring high- levels of accuracy, including client reporting, lease proposals, letters of intent, outside broker agreements, leasing analysis, NPVs and other financial reports
* Responsible for reviewing lease requisitions, calculating commission revenues, managing the workflow, approval and invoicing process for leasing deals and tracking commission payments
* Revenue forecasting
* Responsible for creating and updating property leasing assumptions
CLIENT/MARKETING
* Serve as an information resource to team by conducting research, assembling data, and performing special projects as needed
* Create color lease plans for sales, expiration, exhibit As and proposals
* Produce lease status reports and assist in the production of client presentations and proposals, ranging from standard form pitches to larger, more intensive proposals
* Generate market surveys, aerials, location and amenity maps, spreadsheets, client correspondence, mass marketing mailings, and other team deliverables
* Design and distribute marketing materials such as market overviews, brochures, postcards, presentations, reports, and proposals
SUPPORT
* Maintain and update internal databases, client/prospect databases, intranet/extranet sites for client and property purposes
* Provide administrative support to include invoicing, photocopying, mailing, scanning, typing and editing documents, etc.
* Participate in regular team meetings, support staff meetings, and office-wide meetings
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
* Four (4) year degree or equivalent retail real estate business experience
* Minimum 2-3 years administrative experience in commercial real estate, inclusive of marketing duties, support functions, and client interaction
* Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop
CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES
* Real-Estate license is a plus
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
* Strong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
* Excellent follow-through and high attention to detail
* Advanced working knowledge of InDesign and other Adobe Creative Suite programs
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, proficiency in Excel required
* Technologically savvy with adaptability and proficiency in learning new software and JLLs in- house platforms
* Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills
* Flexible and highly motivated, with a willingness to take initiative and work independently
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with teammates and clients
* Ability to develop effective and constructive solutions to challenges and obstacles with the ability to complete projects on time
