Johnson & Johnson is embarking on a major strategic transformation of their Identity and Access Management landscape including adoption of enterprise tools and establishing an expert services discipline over the next 3 years. Johnson & Johnson is seeking an IT Senior Manager, IAM Solution Lead within our Corporate Business Technology team, who will work at the intersection of business strategy, human-centered design, and emerging technology platform/program delivery. This individual will own helping to shape the digital strategy & technology capability for the IAM Portfolio as well as Diversity and Inclusion. This role can be based in North America (at a J&J; facility or remotely). Work location is flexible if approved by the Company except that position may not be performed remotely from Colorado.

In this role the individual will lead IAM (Identify Access Management) solutions to continuously improve, automate as applicable, reducing risk associated with IAM functions while driving future strategy and evolution of IAM technologies and processes maintaining roadmaps. The Solution Lead works with business and technology partners to identify business priorities and product needs. They lead cross-functional teams to drive solutions and conducts experiments to test solutions and prove value propositions. They engage necessary and appropriate resources across product lines and shared services per solution blueprint and align IT capacity with top business priorities. They deliver initiatives aligned to the product vision, goals and business value. They monitor the progress of program components to ensure overall goals, schedule, budget, and benefits of the program are achieved and ensure adherence to J&J; processes and standards.

The Solution Lead will identify and design complex solutions for identity management, access management, privileged account management, recertification of access, access request and provisioning, SSO, MFA including Cloud. They will provide customization of IAM solutions including IDM, SSO, MFA product functionality to fulfil requirements that cannot be met with standard out-of-box functionality. The Solution Lead will be responsible for understanding industry trends, customer demands, global strategies and driving capabilities from experimentation through deployment and support. They will actively engage functional leaders and will be responsible for developing J&J; Technology as a competitive advantage and enabler of digitization for the corporate functions and domains.

* Strategy & Implementation: Have a sharp business mind and a proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives. Maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives.
* Business Problem Definition: Understand and translate business problems faced by the Security, Identity and Access function into a value case & comprehensive set of solutions spanning process, technology, data, governance & user experience supported by defined, baselined value realization key performance indicators
* External Insights: Understand external trends and insights related to Identity and Access process & technology, including digital trends to provide foresight necessary to inform strategies
* Incubation & Solution Design: Ensure that product development efforts incorporate an approach that starts with experimentation with end users / prototyping to validate expected impact, includes human-centered design, embraces agile principles & minimum viable product definition, incorporates external insights, required end to end process optimizations, and compliance engagement
* Value Realization: Define expected value impact of investments across the portfolio
* Portfolio Management: Partner with the Strategy & Operations team to lead rigorous, data driven portfolio prioritization efforts including portfolio management process design efforts to enable a value driven intake governance process
* Architecture: partnering with the Security, Identity and Access Management architecture team to define the role each system plays within our landscape aligned with business capabilities
* Internal Partnerships & Leadership Alignment: Act as the primary trusted advisor to IAM & technology leaders across all lifecycles of product development starting with inception through to value realization & ongoing continuous improvement, and communication of progress against strategic objectives
* Product Management: Partner with product management teams to ensure roadmaps are oriented to deliver IAM business & technology strategy, value creation objectives, and measurable key performance indicators
* External Partnerships: Manage vendor relationships to influence development roadmaps & ensure that our needs will be met by our technology partners
* Execution: Support the execution of individual initiatives through the development and application of standard for scope, schedule, budget, resource and risk/issue management.
* Management: Work closely with business sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives. Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple initiatives within the department.
* Team Leadership: Through influence, lead a team of professionals to deliver on business value & satisfaction, quality, and performance. Oversee multiple squads, ensuring product goals are achieved.

* IDM, SSO, MFA, SOD
* Experience with ERP Security
* Product Management and User Experience

Reporting to the IAM Domain Lead Senior Director in the Corporate Business Technology team, you would own, lead and manage execution of core elements of the People Experience platforms/products and partner closely with global and regional process owners and functions to maximize the Programs execution and delivery

Qualifications
* A minimum of a BS Degree, preferred focus on Computer Science, Computer Engineering is required. Masters Degree with focus on Computer Science, Computer Engineering or MBA is preferred.
* A minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience is required.
* Experience leading technical and / or Enterprise Complex programs and associated teams is preferred
* Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills is required
* Identity and Access Management Technology expertise (One Identity Manager, SAP GRC, PING Access Manager, MFA, AD, Workday, etc.) is preferred
* People Management Experience and strong team-building skills is preferred
* Outstanding leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
* Up to 10% domestic business travel expected
