Process Manager for Platform Go to Market Org
- Our Platform strategy is key to COAF winning in the market with our dealers and consumers. Be a thought leader in how we bring the powerful set of digital platform tools to our dealers, by defining intent, building processes, and designing quality controls for our new Platform Go To Market organization within Outside Sales.
- As our Process Manager, you will drive strategic intent in how we bring Platform to dealers while staying well-managed, using a combination of analytics, process, quality assurance, and data/reporting capabilities. You will work with a talented team of Business Analysts, Process managers, front-line production Quality Assurance associates, and data/reporting pod within the Command Center. While you will be directly supporting the Platform Go To Market org, you will also be a part of (and work closely with) the Process Manager community across Outside Sales and Dealer LOB.
- Through this role, you will gain incredible experience in how to build then execute on new processes and controls, and make a significant impact on the Platform journey for Capital One.
General Responsibilities:
* Creating and validating processes
* Designing and producing metrics used to measure efficiency and effectiveness
* Driving process improvements aligned with desired customer outcomes
* Analyzing, identifying, and correcting data issues with systems used or owned by a department
* Providing subject matter expertise on processes when representing the department in projects and other meetings
* Managing and leading a team of associates
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelors Degree or Military experience or at least 8 years Process Management experience
* At least 2 years of experience in Project management
* At least 2 years of experience in People management
* At least 2 years of experience in Relationship management
Preferred Qualifications:
* Masters Degree in Business Management, Process Management, Project Management, Risk Management, Communications, Computer Science or Information Systems
* Lean certification or Six Sigma certification
* At least 9 years of experience in Process management
* At least 5 years of experience in Project management
* At least 5 years of experience in People management
* At least 5 years of experience in Complex problem solving
* At least 5 years of experience in Relationship management
