AVP, ISO Program, Performance, and Risk Analytics

About the role

The AVP for ISO Program, Performance, and Risk Analytics will collaborate across the ISO team to build an automated process to inventory, aggregate, track, and report on relevant metrics and indicators (KPIs, KRIs, and KCIs) that speak to the overall health of AIGs Information Security Program. These requested graphical representations and dashboards will be prepared on a consistent basis for ISO Senior Leadership including the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Regional CISOs.

The AVP will forge relationships with key stakeholders (internal and within the industry) in order to build a world class ISO Analytics Center of Excellence that will be responsible for strategic alignment and automation of ISO Program, Performance, and Risk Analytics, creation of a centralized ISO Data Lake, a centralized tools and control solutions inventory mapped to MITRE ATT&CK Framework, and automation of Gap Reporting to focus data enrichment efforts.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Collaborate across ISO to move ISO from a decentralized, predominantly manual process to a centralized, automated real-time process to extract, aggregate, and prepare quantitative metrics from a centralized ISO data repository to create useable target, triggers, and tolerance models.
* Build executive-level reporting in Power BI that illustrates of the overall health and maturity of AIGs ISO Program, including key indicators that are mapped to top level threats
* Create a centralized ISO Data Lake to drive shared data assets between ISO teams
* Partner with key teams to develop a centralized Tools and Control Solutions mapped to MITRE ATT&CK mitigations to quantify capability against an industry standard framework
* Align ISO initiatives, tooling, and control solutions against the MITRE ATT&CK framework to further Risk Reduction efforts and a more complete understanding of our Risk Posture
* Further mapping of initiatives, tooling, and control solutions to the CMMI/NIST Framework
* Automation of data extraction from key systems to standardize data assets, analysis, and insights
* Creation of shared data models and other assets that pull from a centralized ISO Data Lake, automating the report building process where possible.
* Implement change management processes including process for change requests
* Establish quality control and data enrichment effort to explore new tools to consistently raise standards and promote a business as usual, self-service model
* Perform other related duties as directed.

What were looking for:

* Bachelors' Degree required, with 7+ years relevant experience preferred
* Experience in information security and using information security technologies for data extraction and aggregation
* Experience with information security frameworks (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, COBIT, ISO)
* Experience in data architecture, modeling, presentation, utilizing Application Program Interface (API)
* Experience working with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Key Risk Indicators (KRI), and Key Control Indicators.
* Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills required
* Ability to work with stakeholders to develop solutions that meet or exceed expectations and deliver value.
* Enjoy discovering and solving problems; proactively seeking clarification of requirements and direction; relentless about data quality; being a self-starter who takes responsibility when required.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially the ability to translate technical measurements and attend to details.
* Demonstrated ability to produce quality work at a rapid pace and manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Expert-level experience in PowerBI.
