Job Description
As a key member of the Digital Finance Team, the FP&A; Analyst, Senior - Retail will support accounting, financial reporting and internal controls. The position will afford the candidate a unique opportunity to interact with members of accounting and finance within the Health Care, Retail/LTC, PSS and Corporate business segments. The candidate will also work closely with Treasury and Digital business partners.
Manage consolidation, reporting and commentary for Digitals month-end results
Analyze the financial standing of each program within the portfolio and provide recommendations on how to optimize performance
Support the annual budget, quarterly forecasts and strategic plan
Assist with the monthly financial close, including preparation of journal entries
Collaborate with the business and finance team to enhance financial reporting
Complete ad hoc requests and projects
Drive Digitals capital allocation process with Treasury understand and describe Digitals initiatives, their costs and their value propositions
Work with Strategy & Treasury to create/update business cases and related materials
Perform ad hoc analyses on various aspects of the business, including capacity planning, cap labor, etc.
Work closely with other members of the Digital Finance Team to perform the tasks above.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of relevant accounting/finance experience
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Oracle, S4 and/or Hyperion is a plus
Experience with a software company/division and familiarity with capitalization a plus
Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
Education
Bachelors Degree required.
