Purpose:
Responsible for leading the Compliance Training team in Commercial Compliance Operations within CA&O.; This team will prioritize, design and deliver digital compliance training solutions to drive compliance performance of US Commercial employees. This position will lead cross-functional teams of US Commercial, OEC, Legal, Regulatory, Quality and others to create compliance training solutions in partnership with key external suppliers. Must have proven track record for leading cross-functional teams and must be adept at influencing management and budget management.
Responsibilities:
Manage the strategy, design, development, maintenance and evaluation of compliance learning curricula for the development of US Commercial.
Drive the development of digital learning curricula across US Commercial and set priority for development of training to improve the capabilities within the organization.
Drives continuous process improvement to reduce overlap and redundancies with other AbbVie compliance training solutions.
Lead cross-functional teams of US Commercial, OEC, Legal, Regulatory, Quality and others to understand, prioritize and create compliance training solutions
Partner with senior management to ensure consistent development and delivery of compliance learning to satisfy requirements.
Routinely interfaces with senior management for reaching buy-in for initiatives / programs.
Lead and develop a team of project managers to create value-add compliance solutions for US Commercial
Establish and maintain strong partnership with key supplier(s) to develop and deliver training solutions in accordance with established deadlines.
Drive innovation in compliance training
Manage teams and suppliers to adhere to outlined budget

Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required. Technical degree preferred or a degree in business or related field is acceptable if combined with relevant training and experiences. Compliance background preferred.Experience designing digital learning solutions
Experience managing/leading teams with direct reports
Experience with Pharmaceutical compliance
Experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners through large projects and initiatives
Experience establishing relationships with Sr. Management and prioritizing solutions based on needs of the business compliance environment
Skills necessary to develop, direct, and influence compliance training strategies
8-15 years practical experience required.
Preferred Qualifications
Pharmaceutical training experience is a plus.
Pharmaceutical Compliance experience a plus
