Work Hours/Shift:
FT Days
You Will Be Responsible For:
Provides clinical guidance and monitors the performance of the licensed and unlicensed rehab staff.
* Assists with corrective action plans and annual performance reviews for rehab staff.
* Provides supervision to occupational/physical/speech therapists to ensure all treatments comply with general clinical standards and requirements.
* Assists in interviews, hiring, and orients clinical staff.
* Completes clinical competencies with new hires and each clinical staff member prior to annual review.
* Completes clinical staff bi-annual performance appraisals.
* Approves clinical staff continuing education requests and forwards to clinical management team.
* Coordinates in-services by clinical staff and vendors.
* Actively serves as a mentor or assigns a mentor from the team to new graduates.
Qualifications
