Salesforce is looking for a Product Marketing Manager with deep experience driving enablement and learning across world class sellers. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, collaborative spirit, get-it-done mentality, and will work within a high-performance Go To Marketing (GT) team including marketing, sales & success, to take our products to the next level as we scale and continue our strong upward growth trajectory.

The right candidate will be a pivotal team member that will work strategically to help us meet aggressive growth goals in FY22 and beyond. They will create, manage, and deliver high impact enablement programs, prioritizing assets to support sales and help achieve revenue goals.

In collaboration with sales leadership, they will drive a best-in-class learning experience and play a key role in accelerating the performance of our cloud sales teams by understanding the key drivers of the business, determining the associated enablement programs required to address gaps, and relentlessly implementing, tracking and adjusting based on results.

Your Impact:

* Build a new logo sales programs, enablement and content to facilitate global collaboration among sellers

* Identify new logo buying patterns and use cases to create sales plays, inform messaging and outbound campaigns

* Partner with sales leaders and the competitive intelligence team to highlight deal wins and build enablement around the Salesforce advantage

* Create innovative campaigns and ideas to target new logo buyers

Minimum Qualifications

* Proven track records of developing compelling messaging/positioning and content for sales teams & customers

* Some sales background and/or direct exposure to sales (sales operations, strategy, enablement, etc.)

* Clear written & verbal communicator who can represent Salesforce offerings to sales teams & customers/prospects

* Hands on ability to lead the creation of innovative marketing tools & assets

* Experience with cloud-based enterprise software such as CRM, Finance or ERP applications

* Strong collaborator with willingness & drive to help teammates to succeed

* Someone who likes to have fun at work every day

Bonus Skills

* Some experience in adult education or learning design

* Experience with Salesforce technologies, either as a customer or partner
