The Global Technology organization within Prudential is seeking a Technical Learning Director to join the Global Technology Strategy Office. The successful candidate will have deep experience in learning strategy and delivery for a technology organization. The team is looking for a self-starter who can plan and execute projects strategically, efficiently and innovatively. The right candidate will be a strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves to execute.
Responsibilities:
* Design innovative learning experiences using blended delivery approaches that help prepare employees to succeed as we transform our organization and build new capabilities.
* Assess current and future technical training needs and ensure alignment to strategic goals through leadership consultation, voice of the employee interviews, focus groups, surveys, and performance data.
* Program manage the planning, execution, and measurement of all Global Technology learning programs.
* Manage and curate learning content using our learning management systems and tools to allow participants to easily access learning assets for self-guided development.
* Collaborate with Human Resources and external vendors to develop content, facilitate learning experiences and implement seamless processes to make the learning experience effortless for participants.
* Partner with the Transformative Change center of excellence to deliver innovative change management solutions across a variety of tactics, including leadership alignment and employee engagement.
* Use business metrics, talent metrics, engagement metrics and learning data to track, trend, and manage impact of learning efforts.
* Continually strive to raise the bar on our learning experiences by measuring the impact and seeking feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience working in a Technology organization.
* 10+ years of experience in Instructional Design and Facilitation.
* Experience developing leaders at all levels to thrive and grow in a constantly evolving environment.
* Collaborate with others to bring new ideas forward that will shape and evolve our vision, strategies, and roadmap to enhance our development approach.
* Experience using learning management systems and program managing curriculums.
* Naturally optimistic; someone who challenges the status quo appropriately and finds a way to get things done.
* Hands-on experience developing Agile training delivery programs.
* Bachelors degree in business, organizational development or similar field, preferred.
