About the Role Manager, Marketing Data Enablement

We are looking for someone with strong execution and project management skills and is excited about enabling marketing use cases by defining the associated data enablement plans, excited about getting into the weeds; a self-starter with a can-do attitude, excited about working in a collaborative, open-space environment; passionate about data, yet able to whittle it down to what matters; geeks out and has a sense of humor.

This role will report to the Director of Marketing Data Enablement. In this role, the person will build use cases and business requirements for all data needs across the marketing organization, build and expand new capabilities, create the data roadmap and backlog, and partner with CDO teams to get the data plans executed. Some of marketing organizations key focus areas like Personalization, Lead Management, Trigger Marketing depend on availability of customer data and you will play a key role in enabling it for the marketing teams. Job Responsibilities

* Partner with key stakeholders within and outside the Marketing organization to assess data needs across business use cases and create data enablement roadmap
* Work with partners across CDO to manage the data backlog and drive work to execution
* Drive work on enterprise wide data foundations that will form the basis of many strategic projects like lead management, triggers, etc.
* Help define and continuously improve our data collection and visualization stack
* Be an integral member in contributing towards decisions on which tools to use and how to design the solution
* Push automation and self-serve capabilities while ensuring accuracy and relevance of reports/dashboards

Qualifications

* Bachelors degree in Engineering, or Business Administration preferred
* 7+ years of relevant work experience in marketing and/or data management, or consulting
* Experience in data management, reporting, data structuring preferred
* Broad understanding of fundamentals of digital analytics web analytics tools, tag management systems, A/B and MVT testing, content management/publishing & marketing automation technologies
* In-depth practical knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel necessary; data visualization experience such as Tableau a plus
* Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with ability to present and clearly explain data to non-technical executive audiences
* Strong project management, relationship building and vendor management skills

Prior exposure to financial services or insurance industry considered a plus
