Job Summary:
Maintain customer relationship through delivery, inventory management, and sales support activities. Contributes to achievement of the plants sales and profitability targets. Will work as a team to support the Outside Sales Rep.
Essential Job Duties:
* Ensure that proper use of Health, Safety and Equipment practices are adhered to by all direct reports and visitors to assure a safe and hazard-free workplace.
* Manages customer inventories \ consignments in accordance with company policy and customer expectation.
* Assesses present product systems in use and identifies opportunities to increase sales by focusing on additional /related products.
* Assist in the introduction of new products to assigned customers.
* Support all PBE product sales specials.
* Contact the appropriate team member when customer technical issues arise.
* Responsible for the maintenance of company assets including but not limited to mixing machines, color documentation, color formulation retrieval systems.
* Support the implementation of new customer mixing machine system.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p NO WEEKENDS
Pay: $16+ based on experience. + Qrtly Commission

Education & Experience:
* High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent required.
* Additional computer software training or knowledge required.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
* Must be able to work in cooperation with others.
* Must be attentive to detail and ensure accuracy in work assignments.
* Must be able to communicate effectively with others.
* Must have the flexibility to work variable schedules, including weekends.
* Must be familiar with the company's products; must have knowledge of paint, chemical aspects and refinishing.
Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment:
* Physical Demands: This position requires individuals to have the ability to work under conditions of frequent interruptions and be attentive to detail.
* Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, as well as to an office environment. Should be able to tolerate high and low temperature levels, and occasional inclement driving conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme cold and extreme heat. The noise level in some work environments is moderately loud.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge in Auto industry a plus.

• On December 22, 2015, LKQ announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the holding company of Rhiag-Inter Auto Parts Italia
• S.p.A (“Rhiag”), a leading pan-European business-to-business distributor of aftermarket spare parts for passenger cars and commercial vehicles. Rhiag has operations in Italy, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Hungary, Romania, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Poland and Spain. The transaction is expected to be completed in the first half of 2016 and is subject to customary closing conditions and necessary regulatory approvals.
