Facebook is seeking a Business Systems Analyst with strong analytical and operational experience to work on systems-related business needs that support the Compensation Team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will help develop and maintain tools to provide data and analytics to the greater Compensation team.
Compensation Business Systems Analyst Responsibilities
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (functional owners, regions, HR Technology, and engineering) to support strategic initiatives by applying systems knowledge, identifying opportunities, and developing or enhancing compensation systems.
* Obtain a thorough understanding of our data sources and collection methods, and provide consultation and subject matter expertise on compensation data.
* Utilize knowledge of Workday, BI Tools, relational databases, and Excel to build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics. In addition to, monitoring the integrity and validity of the data reported.
* Analyze trends in compensation and build intelligence through reporting.
* Work with large amounts of data and build tools to streamline our processes.
* Support results by providing data to measure key operational metrics.
* Manage the intake of ad-hoc reporting requests.
* Support the group with system reporting, audits, security administration, data loads, data warehouse reporting, and SharePoint administration.
Minimum Qualifications
* BS/BA in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline.
* 4+ years of experience in compensation, finance, consulting, investment banking, or a similarly applicable field.
* Systems experience, database knowledge, and reporting experience.
* Experience with data analysis, business analysis, communication and collaboration.
* Experience in Excel, including experience building analyses and models.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in designing and developing reports and dashboards using BI Tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Cognos or other similar data visualization tools strongly preferred.
