RRD is now hiring Inside Sales Representatives in Lewisville, TX!

We are considering both entry level candidates as well as those with 1-2+ years of experience. Experienced candidates should bring great customer service skills and the ability to grow business with existing customers. We are willing to train on our systems, products, and processes!

Job Summary: Inside Sales reps initiates outbound calls and receives inbound phone activity, email, mail, and fax in order to design custom solutions that enhance customers' business operations. Inside Sales Reps will generate profitable sales, increase customer satisfaction and retention, while acquiring new business.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* You will drive sales from a call center, but will build and own the customer relationship.
* You will build a consultative relationship with your clients and be expected to continue that relationship long-term in a continual sale process.
* Learn and understand full RRD platform and it's offerings.
* Initiates/accepts customer contact, introducing and promoting business solutions including up-selling and cross-selling to higher value offerings.
* Advance the sales process based on the Marketing / Account information on the customers' business/operational needs, selling stock products and New or Repeat, Custom Solutions.
* May analyze market data provided and develop a solution suite for customers
* Establishes effective customer relations and employs Strategic Selling principles.
* Identifies and develops new customer relationships that result in new business opportunities and profitable growth for the Company.
* Determines and communicates product prices to customers and prospects
* Expectation is to meet a minimum established amount of sales revenue per month and generate a minimum established number of outbound sales calls per day.



Required Skills

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills written and verbal.
* Good computer skills are a must, and must be comfortable with MS Office
* Good Organizational Skills
* Understanding of Sales process
* Strong listening and persuasion skills.
* Good attention to detail
* Ability to handle rejection

Preferred:

* Experience with SalesForce
* Understanding of Printing industry
* 1+ years of call center experience OR sales experience in Printing industry

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or general education degree
