Responsibilities
This project manager will lead and coordinate R&D IT infrastructure upgrade project for two largest E&I R&D Sites. We are looking for a project manager with strong understanding of dependencies on the network infrastructure and down-stream impact. The Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects and helps to takes projects from original concept through final implementation. Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including end users, computer/network/storage services, and helps to define project scope and objectives. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables and provides technical and analytical guidance to project team. Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems. Strong knowledge and experience managing project financials and timelines Proven experience leading teams, being persuasive, and having strong negotiation skills Minimum of bachelor's degree in management, business or related field
