Job Description

Delek US Holdings, Inc. is a diversified downstream energy company with assets in petroleum refining, logistics, renewable fuels and convenience store retailing. The refining assets consist of refineries operated in Tyler and Big Spring, Texas, El Dorado, Arkansas and Krotz Springs, Louisiana with a combined nameplate crude throughput capacity of 302,000 barrels per day.

The logistics operations primarily consist of Delek Logistics Partners, LP. Delek US Holdings, Inc.and its affiliates own approximately 63% (including the 2 percent general partner interest) of Delek Logistics Partners, LP. Delek Logistics Partners, LP (NYSE:DKL) is a growth-oriented master limited partnership focused on owning and operating midstream energy infrastructure assets.

The convenience store retail business is the largest 7-Eleven licensee in the United States and operates approximately 300 convenience stores in central and west Texas and New Mexico.

Job Summary:
Conducts studies and investigations to ensure compliance with government safety and health laws, standards and regulations, and industrial hygiene. Investigates accidents and promotes safety-conscious work performance and training programs. Provides safety performance measures. Determines root cause analyses.

Job Responsibilities:
-Provide EHS technical and compliance expertise to business leaders and personnel at all levels, informing and advising Management on EHS performance, compliance status, issues and potential risks.
-Provide guidance regarding compliance with applicable EHS&R related laws, rules, regulations and governmental orders.
-Ensure facilities are complying with federal, state and local health, safety and environmental regulations by keeping abreast of existing and new legislation/regulation anticipating future legislation/regulation, interpreting standards, enforcing adherence to regulation and advising management on needed actions.
-Develop and ensure compliance management systems are in place and monitored.
-Conduct periodic reviews and audits of EHS compliance and oversee implementation of corrective actions.

Required Qualifications Education, Skills & Experience:
At least 10 years of related experience. At least 3 years of management experience. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Master's or MBA degree typically preferred.

Organizational Leveling:
Provides leadership to managers and professional staff. Is accountable for the performance and results of multiple related teams. Develops departmental plans, including business, production and/or organizational priorities. Decisions are guided by resource availability and organizational objectives.
