Job Description

The Project Manager is a member of the Controlled Temperature Technologies (CTT) team within the Laboratory Products Division. This is a new position created due to our growth in Cold Storage and responsible for supporting key initiatives, with a mix of sprint and strategic projects. The position has a focus on data analytics, project tracking, customer facing support presentation development and requires collaboration with multiple cross functional teams (service, quality, product management, commercial sales and customer service). The role aligns with and supports key business unit P&L priorities with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experience and improving speed of execution at scale. The role will report into Senior Manager., Technical Resolution.

Responsibilities:

Support key business unit initiatives as required in:

* Overall customer experience project management responsibility ensuring projects are delivered on time, acting as a primary contact for project teams and key stakeholders
* Planning, scope creation, project schedule, execution and coordination across project work streams, functions and business stakeholders ensuring successful delivery of projects
* Create, track and present project updates/status, milestones, issues, actions, budget creep and report outs to stakeholders, site, divisional and group leadership.
* Work with a customer centric mindset to ensure project plans are aligned with customer expectations (internal & external) and delivered accordingly.
* Seek out projects that will optimize resources and provide growth opportunities for the business unit
* Support lean and process improvement initiatives
* Interface with core commercial, product management, service and quality organization teams

Who we are looking for: experience, skills & abilities

* Bachelor2019s degree in degree in business, engineering, or sciences
* Demonstrated customer project management experience
* Solid understanding of project management tools and methodology
* Analytical and detail oriented with strong Excel & PowerPoint skills
* Effective communicator with excellent oral and written communications skills
* Ability to build plans that align with stakeholder expectations and project briefs
* Capability to work virtually with global team, flexibility
* Collaborative worker who embodies inclusiveness and fosters open dialogue
* Ability to travel when needed
