Summary:
Our Inclusion & Diversity team is looking for a top-notch program manager with a consultative mindset and a passion for building a culture of inclusion to lead our Team Member Networks MN (Employee Resource Groups). The Program Manager of our Team Member Networks will advance Advances Diversity and Inclusion strategy by developing and managing our 8 TMNs and their strategic pillars.

The Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) Program Manager is responsible for the creation and implementation of programs and initiatives designed to retain, develop and promote diverse talent across all areas of the organization. You will develop, implement and track ongoing strategic initiatives that advance inclusion and diversity. The ideal candidate is deeply passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion and has strong program/project management skills. The I&D Program manager will collaborate with a wide variety of team members, departments, leadership teams, and third parties as needed. Essential Job Functions:

* Develop and implement strategic solutions that drive the Inclusion portion of the DEI strategy at Advance to include initiatives and/or programs for specific demographics or lines of business.
* Be instrumental in the execution of Advances enterprise-wide DEI strategy
* Responsible for creating and helping to implement internal DEI programs, events and initiatives for designated business partners (TMN and BU Partner).
* Represent D&I; initiatives internally and externally by building impactful relationships with peer organizations and D&I; leaders within the company to support our internal initiatives and engagement/recruitment strategies for underrepresented groups.
* Create and oversee budget for designated projects and programs.
* Provide strategic guidance and oversight to Team Member Network and their leaders.
Ensure alignment and integration of Team Member Network strategic plans and programming with goals of Diversity & Inclusion and Advances Business
* Assist TMN Chairs and Executive Sponsors in development and implementation of annual strategic plans and budgets
* Create and monitor annual development curriculum for Team Member Network leaders
Plan and execute annual Team Member Network Leadership Forum
* Manage and enhance Team Member Network membership database, performance scorecard, and provide other metrics as needed to provide relevant data, analysis and recommendations
* Onboard new Team Member Network Leaders and Executive sponsors in New Leader Onboarding
* Develop new opportunities to engage Team Member Networks with Talent Acquisition, Business Class, and other functions to drive Advances business results through diversity
* Deliver D&I Roadshow Presentation to business leaders and other stakeholder groups
Assist with the development of policies and programs to attract, retain, and promote a diverse workforce for the organization
* Act as a project manager for other assigned projects that support Team Member Networks D&I goals and objectives
* Metrics and Accountability to the Strategic Pillars
* Recruiting: % of TMN that participate in Diverse Recruiting Events
* Development: of TM participating in mentoring groups and developmental events
* Retention: of Active TM in the TMNs
* Attendance: Avg attendance at TMN Events
* Engagement from TMN: % of TM in the TMNs
* Accomplishments: of TMN hitting their Strategic Pillar Targets

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

* College degree in a related field.
* Recent experience in a diversity focused role.
* 8+ years experience in all levels of project management/change management, from making strategic decisions to tactical implementation.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to influence people of different backgrounds and styles. Experience crafting internal communication a plus.
* Experience developing end-to-end, scalable solutions for challenging problems
* Preferable experience diversity and inclusion consulting experience with demonstrated business results working with employee networks and diversity councils
* Ability to work across different functions and build relationships with stakeholders and champions
* Experience designing data-driven programs
* Ability to clearly articulate and reinforce diversity and inclusion strategy and the companys business case for diversity
* Forward-thinking, detailed-oriented, personable, excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
* Strong project management skills to handle complex projects simultaneously
* Ability to demonstrate awareness and understanding of multiple facets of diversity: cultural, ethnic, racial, religious, gender, educational, age, sexual orientation, linguistic, professional, and other differences that make us unique.
* Bilingual Spanish preferred or should have experience leading Hispanic focused D&I initiatives
