In this position, the Business Marketing Analyst will be closely involved with the Business Units strategic planning process, portfolio management, ROI analysis, and long-term revenue plan. In addition, the individual will be responsible for leading ongoing cost monitoring and analysis of our product assortment and providing cost optimization recommendations to improve the BUs margins.

The ideal candidate is a forward-thinker, a creative problem solver and collaborator, who thrives in a fast-paced and demanding environment. This is a front row seat to how to manage a multi-billion-dollar business and an opportunity to influence the decisions of the BUs leadership through insightful analysis and compelling visual presentation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Product cost analysis, benchmarking and identification of cost reduction opportunities
* New product business case and ROI analysis
* Support BU portfolio management
* Technology transition analysis and recommendations
* What-if scenarios, sensitivity analysis and break-even analysis
* Proactively pursue areas for improvement and relevant analysis to identify strategic opportunities
* Program management of process improvement and cost reduction initiatives

Key Interfaces:

* BU Management
* Cost accounting
* BU Controller and Financial Analysts
* Product managers and product marketing managers
* Operations Procurement, Demand Planning, Retail Fulfillment, Supply Chain

REQUIRED:

* Bachelors degree in IE/ Accounting/ Finance/ Economics/Statistics, MBA preferred
* 3+ years related experience, with Fortune 500 companies preferred
* Semiconductor and Tech industry experience desirable

SKILLS:

* Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills with close attention to detail and accuracy
* High proficiency with MS Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros, and charts to develop custom reports , dashboards and scenario/sensitivity analysis) and PowerPoint
* Experience using a large ERP system.
* Strong organizational and executive communication skills
* Highly motivated with a high level of initiative, working well independently and as part of a team
* Inquisitive and future-oriented, able to challenge the status quo to strengthen understanding and enable more educated decision-making
