* Structures and underwrites moderately complex commercial real estate financing facilities in a manner which achieves the Banks profitability goals while staying within the Banks risk parameter
* Reviews applications for completeness and evaluates requests to ensure project meets statutory requirements including economic feasibility
* Obtains and analyzes data on market supply and demand, property costs, lease and sale prices and construction costs for prospective projects
* Provide support to multiple Relationship Managers in the analysis and credit underwriting of Commercial Real Estate customers and prospects
* Supports all major income producing property types (office, industrial, multi-family, retail)
* Interacts directly and indirectly with clients as directed by Relationship Managers
* Provides input and guidance on loan structuring issues
* Assesses loan profitability
* Obtains and reviews financial information and provide in-depth credit analysis practices
* Presents and supports underwritten credits with Credit Risk Management, as required

Requirements

* 4 Year Degree or equivalent experience preferred
* 5-7 Years of related experience
* Strong knowledge of local market sector and industry trends
* Ability to understand and interpret real estate appraisals
* Ability to identify, analyze and mitigate project risks
* Advanced written and verbal communication skill
* General knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
* Strong Focus on documentation and risk management

* Must be eligible for employment under regulatory standards applicable to the position.
