The Recruiting and Data Analytics Internship is part of the NS2 recruiting team. It is responsible for proactive talent engagement & attraction strategy and providing market intelligence & talent insights that will continuously enable NS2 to be a leader in hiring the best talent and support the business in making workforce decisions.

Key Tasks

* Build and support candidate pipelines aligned to the critical needs of our business by:
* Developing a diverse external candidate network of top candidates
* Engaging the talent pipelines across identified skill segments to ensure a ready-now pool
* Partner with Talent Intelligence & Talent Acquisition Leaders, extended HR teams, and business leaders to address competitive gaps, to ensure best practices are deployed, and to determine actions needed.
* Execute the regional talent branding strategy to attract external passive candidates that align with SAPs cultural and business objectives.
* Ensure high-potential employees are visibly mapped for internal career opportunities

YOUR PROFILE

* Strong analytical and research skills
* Ability to leverage tools and technology to analyze large volumes of data
* Working knowledge of recruiting or HR practices and processes a plus
* Strong presentation skills
* Attention to detail in all aspects

Requirements:

* Recent graduates considered if within six (6) months of their graduation date
* Current students must be enrolled in college credited courses
