Job Description
As a Business Systems Analyst Senior on our Telecom Experience team, youll play a key role in the development of market-changing projects and transferring business requirements into technical requirements. Serving as a liaison between business groups and IT, youll collaborate with business partners to understand their needs in addition to defining system requirements, conducting research, storyboarding, prototyping and data flow analysis. Must-have qualifications - Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study and four years of related work experience in requirements gathering activities
- Instead of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher and: - The completion of a technical training program, and four years of related work experience in requirements gathering activities, or
- Six years related work experience in requirements gathering activities Preferred skills - Quality assurance manual testing experience
- Knowledge and understanding of industry tools and techniques to elicit, prioritize, organize, document, model, and analyze requirements
- Analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to investigate, assess, and recommend solutions to moderately complex situations
- Experience with relevant industry tools and technologies (e.g. SQL, TFS, Splunk or IVR technology)
