As you partner with local intermediaries, you will use your skills to position our products as the ultimate solution for the client. Here are some of the examples of the things you'll do:n

* Drive retirement plan sales throughout the market by calling on advisors to promote the sale of defined contribution and defined benefit products targeted for retirement plans in the 0 - 10M AUM space.n
* Build and establish relationships with financial advisors and third party administrators.nn

Qualificationsnn
* Bachelor's degree or eight years of equivalent experience.n
* 2+ years of retirement sales experience with deep knowledge on retirement products.n
* Strong work ethic and motivation to meet or exceed established goals.n
* Excellent consultation and presentation skills.n
* Strong understanding of portfolio construction, capital markets, and financial service products.n
* Experience with non-qualified plans, defined benefit and ESOPu2019s a bonus!nn
Licenses Required within 5 months of employment:nn
* Successful Registration as an Investment Company Products/Variable contracts Limited Representative (FINRA Series 6 or equivalent and FINRA Series 63).n
* Resident Life and Health appointment must be attainednn
