Enterprise Solutions and Services (ESS) Manager
What you will do
The ESS Manager will assist with operational oversight over all functions of ESS operations and maintain help maintain operational efficiency, manage all ESS technicians, maintain relationship between ESS Operations and ESS Sales team and help maintain operational relationship with ESS customers.
How you will do it
* Direct management over ESS U.S. and Canadian resources.
* Engage with onboarding new customers into ESS
* Ensure proper account handoff to ESS technicians
* Provide management with performance updates and work volume forecasts along with resource needs.
* Coach and mentor team members.
* Provide team members with statistical feedback.
* Conduct quarterly meetings with ESS technicians.
* Maintain a relationship with ESS Sales leadership to ensure sales is up to speed on account activity
* Work with ESS Sales to address customer concerns and ensure resource allocation is met
* Identify training needs and support the coordination and implementation of training.
* Initiate, contribute and spearhead projects as they develop and/or assigned
* Field issues that have been escalated and take appropriate action to resolve issues.
* Identify, develop, and support the coordination of training programs as needed.
What we look for
* 5 years minimum experience with Intrusion, Fire, Access Control and CCTV systems.
* 3 years minimum experience managing a team
* Experienced in managing multiple projects
* Proficient understanding of Access, Intrusion and CCTV systems
* Strong in computer operating systems and hardware.
* Strong understanding of network fundamentals
* Strong customer focus
* Strong interpersonal skill
* Ability to perform multi-tasks
* Strong coaching and development skills
* Ability to exercise sound, independent judgment
* Effective communication skills, both oral and written
* Effective leadership skills ability to lead by example
* Ability to interpret and analyze data to effectively implement strategic plans

* Must have the ability to perform and provide results in a fast-paced environment
