The Sr. Procurement Manager, NA COE Bottles is responsible for leading the development and implementation of progressive sourcing strategies that deliver supply assurance, measurable cost efficiencies and industry-leading quality and innovation to the organization.

Principal Accountabilities:

Develop and implement strategies for the procurement of PET bottles and preforms primarily in support of various beverage containers, that provide a competitive market advantage.

Develop and implement strategic supplier relationships that deliver cost reduction, supply assurance, quality improvement, innovation and increased MWBE utilization.

Establish and maintain effective partnerships with key stakeholders aimed at identifying and understanding their needs and developing sourcing plans.

Work with key stakeholders and Legal teams to establish supplier agreements that reflect the best interests of the Company.

Execute all financial requirements for one or multiple Business Units, including planning needs for the Annual Operating Plan, Integrated Business Plan and monthly Period Business Reviews. Additional financial responsibilities include rebate analyses and identification of cash flow and/or P&L risks/opportunities.

Review and evaluate current business practices and identify areas of opportunity for improvement, including standardization, driving efficiency across the entire packaging development to commercialization process, focusing on total cost reduction and supply optimization.

Qualifications/Requirements

* 7-10+ years experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, engineering, R&D and/or supply chain.
* Undergraduate degree in Packaging, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Finance and/or Business required. MS or MBA preferred.
* Demonstrated record of accomplishment in leading and negotiating complex contracts and supplier relationship management.
* Strong analytical skills, with thought leadership that drives strategy setting and execution.
* Strong knowledge of strategic and tactical project management concepts, methodologies, tools, standards, and procedures.
* Strong alignment skills with the ability to communicate the vision and gain alignment with senior management both internally and externally.
* Strong decision-making, problem-solving skills, and organizational skills.
* Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
* Direct experience in developing and commercialization of new packaging systems preferred.
* Must be willing and able to travel 25% of the time.
