The team member must demonstrate the willingness and ability to:

Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a continuous basis.
Actively participate in CAPDO meetings and drumbeat activities
Be able to effectively run level 3 equipment such as blend, operate the filler/capper, tray packers, and labelers and/or demonstrate the ability to quickly learn new equipment.
High School Diploma or GED
