Finisher (Rigid 3rd shift)

Job Description
This is a third shift position in the Rigid Department of our Alliance, NE facility.
1. Check for the correct inside diameter (I.D.) by using the proper ball pin gauge; 2. Verify the outside diameter (O.D.) meets specifications by; 3. Identify and eliminate any known defects; 4. Pull hose from table to reel up to prepare for packaging; 5. Prepare and complete necessary paperwork; 6. Package hose per customer requirement.
Education required/ preferred: High School diploma or GED Experience: Production work preferred but not required Preferred Skills/Qualifications: 1. Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills 2. Basic knowledge and use of hand tools 3. Sound decision making skills 4. Good math, reading, writing skills 5. Demonstrated mechanical aptitude 6. Mental and visual acuity for production of quality product 7. Strong trouble shooting skills Skills/Competencies: 1. Basic computer skills Microsoft Office package 2. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Other Skills: Ability to work well in a team environment Assessment: Employee must pass Pre-employment screening
