POSITION SUMMARY

The primary focus of the Human Resources Systems Analyst is to leverage HR Information Systems and reporting tools to produce workforce analytics, insights, dashboards, and reports for customers across the enterprise. Analysts are also responsible for understanding business requirements and translating them into standard and ad-hoc reports or functional specifications.

Responsible for work activities associated with the design, build, test, implementation and maintenance of HR reporting and including, but not limited to, Advanced, Matrix, BIRT, dashboards and calculated fields using Workday Reporting and Prism Analytics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Partner with cross functional teams to identify opportunities and support the development of new, sustainable approaches to workforce analytics and reporting
* Support the establishment of a Workday reporting capability
* Support implementation of Prism Analytics for trend reporting across disparate datasets
* Analyze business problems and processes and identify reporting solutions

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

* Bachelors degree or equivalent required
* Minimum of 4 years of experience working with HR and Payroll data
* Experience in report development using Workday and Prism Analytics strongly preferred
