Job Description

The Protected Communication System (PCS) group has an exciting opportunity for Finance Analyst to join both the WEB-T Development Program and VPS Program within Raytheon Intelligence & Space located in Marlborough, MA. This role will support each of the functions of PCS, including Program Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, and Manufacturing Operations.

Responsibilities include cost/schedule control and analysis (EVMS) through monthly IPMR submittals, Quarterly Estimate-at-Completions (EACs), variance analysis, forecasting, and various levels of reporting, including proposal support. In this role you will work closely with the Program team to support Quarterly Program Reviews (QPMRs) and other ad hoc face to face meetings. In addition the program team will work together to actively identify risks and/or opportunities that affect cost and/or schedule and provide proactive analysis of all financial aspects of the project.

A successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all assignments are prioritized and completed on schedule with adequate time allotted for management review. These programs requires the ability to provide top level program planning and control guidance as well as the ability to summarize, package, and present information to the program team.

Required Skills:

* Minimum 2 Years of professional finance related experience
* Excellent computer skills, which include a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel functions (Pivot Tables, Lookups, etc.)
* Proficient in APEX EV and working knowledge of the SAP functions
* Professional experience of applied DoD EVMS principles
* Good written and verbal skills including demonstrated ability to present complex information to all levels of management and external parties such as audit agencies (DCAA/DCMA)

* Financial controls experience relative to multiple contract types.

* Familiarity with Raytheon EVMS process description 10255 and EVMS Standard Procedures

Required Education (including Major):
* Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related Business Major
