This role is primarily responsible for the development of Source to Pay business process related solutions for internal enterprise business partners. This role defines business needs, determines a strategy and develops a business plan/proposal for delivery of the investment.

The ideal candidate will bring supply chain subject matter expertise (Intel and Industry best known methods), business and data architecture experience, influencing and negotiating skills to drive and deliver business process design, transformation and solutions to meet these defined business outcomes.

As a Solution Owner you would be responsible for:

* Designing of Source to Pay business process re-engineering, strategy, and execution across large complex programs.
* Driving definition of solutioning, covering aspects of requirements elicitation, alignment with adjacent business processes, validation, and deployment of the solution to global user base.
* Working closely with business partners to analyze and formulate the scope/objectives of the system, design and deliver capabilities to run efficient industry-standard business processes.
* Maximizing the value of solution direction and the work of the Delivery Team by clearly expressing backlog items and priorities as the train Product Manager.
* Maintain/build stakeholder relationships, effectively prioritize business in-take and communicate across the teams to generate and deliver desired business value.
* Manage the transition of design to execution, including the governance and user adoption required to achieve the desired business outcomes and value.

Qualifications

Education

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Development, Supply Chain or any other related field.

Minimum Qualifications

6+ years of experience in:

* Delivering results using Agile/SCRUM/SAFe framework.
* Designing and deploying solutions using SAP, Ariba, E2open or similar software platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Development, Supply Chain or any other related field.
* Supply Chain experience preferably in Source to Pay processes and operations.
