This role manages all aspects of a large scale and complex projects to ensure that it is completed on time and within budget. It designs and implements an operational plan for completing a project; while monitoring progress and performance against the project plan. This individual also resolves operational problems, gathers necessary resources to complete the project, prepares work specifications, selects materials, staff and contractors, and conducts project meetings and prepares reports to communicate the status of the project.

Focus, Scope, & Impact:

* Leads ongoing evolution and day to day execution of End to End process for marketing campaign and program development

* Manage program repository, track funding allocation with Finance on approved projects, track meeting decisions and communicate appropriately

* Lead training program on E2E and associated expectations with relevant team members

* Focuses on both short-term (1 year) and mid-term (2-3 years) North America OU Marketing initiatives, interacting with other PMO groups across organization

KEY SUCCESS PARAMETERS

Experience

* 8 or more years of experience, preferably in the consumer goods/beverages industry. Extensive knowledge/experience of business planning, project management, process management would be advisable. General Management skills strongly preferred.

* People leadership/management

* Bachelors Degree required; Masters Degree preferred

Work Focus

Ability to steward campaign management process and associated business initiatives that will be executed, ensuring that it is a truly integrated cross-functional process and is delivered according to the objectives and timings agreed. Acts as an independent voice that guides, oversees, and controls the processes identifying early enough potential barriers.

Communication Focus

* Role requires various communication objectives, including sharing information, influencing others, and negotiating with others. Strong ability to communicate clearly and concisely is essential.

* Role requires communication with internal and external parties

* Ability to communicate effective in situations where other parties have opposing interests/objectives

BROAD EXPERTISE IN (GOOD TO HAVE)

1 Multiple category and/or RTM experience

2 Brand Management and/or Shopper Marketing experience

3 Experience leading others
