Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Site Operations Integrator. This position will be located in Roy, UT.
What You rsquo;ll Get To Do:
Lead and direct one or more project teams engaged in the design, implementation and modification of Site Operations projects that span across functional organizations.
Prepare project execution plan and identifies appropriate technical and business resources needed for the team.
Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget and meets technical requirements of the assignment.
Keep current on advances in the field of Site Operations. Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team.

This position rsquo;s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.

Qualification

You rsquo;ll Bring These Qualifications:

Bachelor 39;s degree with 3 years of related experience, or 1 year of experience with a Master rsquo;s

Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

Project management experience
Familiarity with technical and business administration concepts, procedures, and practices
Strong ability to collaborate in a team structure, define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

Active DoD Secret Clearance or higher

Prior experience in Operations or Integration role

Experience standing up facilities and new organizations

Ability to interact and interface with Senior Northrop Grumman Leadership
