Sr Associate - Product Management, Associate eXperience Automation

As part of ES Risks Associate eXperience Automation team, you will collaborate with business, technology, and risk experts to establish Enterprise process and intelligent automation capabilities that accelerate innovation while reducing risk to the organization. Summary:

Associate eXperience Automation (AXA) is a combination of IA building blocks that work alongside associates. They understand human intent, respond to questions, and take action on the humans behalf, leaving humans with control, authority, and an enhanced experience.

As a successful Product Manager for AXA, you will collaborate with business, technology, and risk experts to establish Enterprise process and intelligent automation capabilities that accelerate innovation while reducing risk to the organization.

In this role you will...

* Talk to customers and users to identify opportunities and uncover untapped needs

* Drive definition of strategy and success metrics for our products and be accountable for the full product lifecycle

* Work in a hands-on, collaborative environment with designers, engineers, and analysts to build breakthrough experiences and products that solve our users most critical needs

* Apply cutting edge technology like RPA, machine learning and predictive analytics to reimagine the way Capital One manages risk

* Lead a team through rigorous process of test and learn with focus on identifying and developing a minimum viable product (MVP)

* Prioritize, negotiate and remove blockers to orchestrate successful launch or optimization cycle

* Knowledge and passion for emerging technologies and how they are used to empower developers and businesses to deliver great products.

* Grounding in human-centered design with a natural empathy for users

* Strategic thinking and an ability to effectively identify opportunities for growth in new businesses and markets

* A high level of intellectual curiosity and comfort with ambiguity

* Structured communication & storytelling skills with all audiences

* Significant experience applying analytical rigor to support technology decisions

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelors Degree or military experience
* At least 1 year of experience in digital product management

Preferred Qualification:

* Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
