Work Hours/Shift: Full Time Days
You Will Be Responsible For:
Demonstrates, through behavior, AdventHealth Orlandos service standards.
* Develops all business plans and drives the proforma process. Supports the Network Development team to ensure all parties are informed, approvals are received, and implementation of strategies is successful.
* Regularly reviews market dynamics and trends, and reports findings to senior leadership.
* Identifies, researches and analyzes short-term and long-term network development strategies to develop and strengthen the brand and align to the Florida division strategies.
* Directly interfaces with FHPN and FHMG physicians and senior leadership for physician alignment, ensuring financial stability and market growth.
* Supports the preparation of the business cases for new physician recruits by assessing the market for physician needs.
* Maintains knowledge and awareness of industry and market trends through seminars, workshops, and professional affiliations to keep abreast of changes that may influence business strategy.
Qualifications
What You Will Need:
Required:
* Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration or related field
* Two years of experience in healthcare, project management, or strategy/business development
* Experience directly related to duties and responsibilities specified
* Strong organizational skills, self-directed, and ability to manage multiple priorities/projects
* Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in understandable terms to all levels of leadership, physicians, and staff
Preferred:
* Masters degree in health care administration, business, marketing/public relations or related field
* Previous experience in a high-acuity, large healthcare system
* Market analytics knowledge
* Strategy development skills
* Consumer and/or physician marketing skills
Job Summary:
The Development Manager of Network Development works directly with the Network Development team, Institute Leadership, IHS senior leadership and campus leadership to develop and implement planning and network development initiatives that elevate the brand and align with the Florida Divisions strategic plan and priorities. The Development Manager works closely with senior leadership in consulting and developing deployment and operating plans for the growth initiatives identified for the division. The Development Manager leads engagements with physicians and senior leadership. The Development Manager must have a passion for delivering high-quality and high-touch services to our community and have a genuine commitment to maintaining positive relationships with physicians. The Development Manager must be high energy, committed to producing individual results, and possess drive and desire to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, team-based environment. Actively participates in outstanding customer services and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
