We are:

Sales professionals drive the sales process and outcomes on a dedicated basis, growing a profitable pipeline and/or backlog of sales, through relationship development, deal origination, sales negotiations and closure.

Sales Execution professionals involve multiple activities like targeting the right clients, growing quality pipeline, winning profitable deals and managing sales activities with the objective of creating mutually beneficial, trust-based relationships that create value.

Sales Pursuit and Closure professionals represent individuals who manage and close opportunities through the establishment of a win strategy, ongoing qualification, coordinating all required internal approvals, identification of required resources, management of the solution/proposition development, management of client interactions during the sales process and facilitating the negotiations and closing activities.

You are:

The Deal Execution Manager develops and fosters client relationships, manages the opportunity sales pipeline and pursuits and closes opportunities using sales process and offering expertise. Develop and direct the sales efforts for new client target acquisition and/or direct the efforts to ensure execution of sales strategies geared toward protecting and growing business with existing clients.

The work:

* Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals and contributes to the execution of the strategic direction.
* Identifies key target relationships and proactively leads the outreach to introduce Accenture and our capabilities; continues to foster relationships which are mutually beneficial.
* Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems.
* Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor. May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture.
* Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance.
* Decisions often impact the team in which they reside.
* Manages small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.
* Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems.

Qualifications

Here's what you need:

* Minimum of a Bachelors degree
* Minimum 4 years experience with fundamentals of project management or project-based work (organizing multiple moving pieces to meet deadlines)

Bonus points if you have:

* Experience with sales fundamentals and high-level familiarity with concepts such as win probability, competitive positioning, client relationship strategy & financial modeling
* 3 or more years of proposal development or bid management

Professional Skill Requirements:

* Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
* Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
* Desire to work in a technology and consulting environment
* Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
