Job Description:
* Provides routine administrative support to a group/department. Performance of office tasks requires limited independent judgment.
* Prepares and distributes correspondence, forms, and mailings; maintains filing systems alphabetically or numerically; posts predetermined information to records or systems; orders, issues and tracks equipment, records, receipts and/or supplies.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
* Knowledge of personal computer and other standard office equipment
* Ability to enter and retrieve data from systems.
* Ability to maintain calendar and schedule; good organizational skills.
* Good verbal and written communication skills;
* Good interpersonal skills.
Job Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
High School graduation or equivalent. 2-5 years total experience; 1-2 years directly related to the job.
Desired Qualifications:
Ability to type 45 wpm with accuracy; intermediate skill level in the use of Word and Microsoft Outlook; and entry skill level in the use of Excel and Power Point.
