SAP S/4HANA Cloud Integration Associate Consultant will be a member of our Solution Delivery Center (SDC) organization. The SAP Solution Delivery Centre (SDC) is responsible for driving customer success as ONE SAP by maximizing the adoption of SAP products across industries with accelerated time-to-value', leveraging global scale and expertise through integrated right shore delivery, focusing on remote, factory services and outcome-based solutions that utilize robust processes and practices. Our team drives value and continuous improvement for our customers using operationally sound processes and basic quality system fundamentals.

Our Pittsburgh based near-shore center expands SAPs delivery capabilities within the North American region. We provide SAPs customers access to the best global network of consultants with expertise in SAPs latest technologies. The Pittsburgh near shore center is a sophisticated Service & Knowledge organization providing unique capabilities to SAPs customers in North America and around the globe.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

In the role of S/4HANA Cloud Integration Associate Consultant, you will possess and can demonstrate the following skills:

* Focus on design, coding, testing, quality assurance of complex product features in a development team
* Drive initiatives & topics to resolution in a high level of quality, speed, reliability and efficiency
* Work closely together with others and share expertise to ensure product success
* Constantly improve own work methods to gain state-of-the-art agile software engineering Skills
* Enhance skills beyond own core functional focus and work on other tasks for the Benefit of the team
* Modeling, design, implementation and tests based on SAPs programming model
* Ensure high quality (create and execute test cases, reviews of specifications, design reviews, code reviews)
* Ability to independently articulate & define Cloud Integration solutions being used by supervisory board, executive committees and client senior management levels
* Ability to lead or participate in business sessions to identify and document integration use cases.
* Build strong relationships with senior client management based on trust and credibility
* Turn complex business requirements into feasible technical solutions
* Resolving simple to very complex integration and implementation issues of clients and provide knowledge transfer to customers.
* Support licenses and services sales as well as demand generation
* Can contribute to the preparation of complex proposals ensuring that client needs are met
* Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge effectively

Operational Management

* Responsible for high quality delivery in all assigned S/4HANA customers
* Ensure on time & quality delivery.
* Live the Digital Business Service strategy for S/4HANA
* Ensure cross-LoB collaboration, industry best practice and teamwork
* Manage business outcomes based on customer business KPIs

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

* Bachelors or Masters degree Business, Information Systems, STEM or other relevant major
* Completion of SAP course/certifications or project work through academics is a plus
* Must be able to work as a team player yet can work independently.
* Analytical, results-driven and have a solution-oriented approach.
* Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills including verbal, written presentation and listening.
* Open to travel up to 60%
* Willing to relocate to Pittsburgh

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

* Technical skills in SAP PI/PO, CPI/ HCI and EDI; and different adapter capabilities
* Knowledge or experience in ABAP development
* SAP Certifications PI/ PO, CPI will be a plus
* Ability to apply the concepts of SAP learning into real time project/Customer business requirements.
* Cloud concepts and understanding (SAP Cloud Platform)

WORK EXPERIENCE

* 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in a corporate environment through internships or recent work experience
* Prior experience involving client/customer interaction is a plus
