Job Summary:

The purpose of this job is to assume responsibility for all facets of the quality assurance (QC) process for the work performed by Concur Audit Services (CAS) who audits Disney Travel Expense and P-Card submissions in the Concur system.

The QC process tests re-audits a random sampling of the work performed by CAS to ensure they are following the Companys auditing requirements that help to ensure compliance with the companys T&E and P-Card policies.

Responsibilities:

* Pull sample reports and perform QC audits following the prescribed audit program (profile)
* Document findings, noting any exceptions where CAS audit results were incorrect, why findings were in error, and what the correct outcome should have been
* Prepare list of QC exceptions (Excel) and review findings with leader to discuss appropriate course of action
* Open incidents with Concur Support to document findings for tracking resolution and follow up discussion with CAS team
* Schedule Monthly Concur CAS meeting to review findings and discuss any corrective measures with CAS team and leaders
* Produce reports / metrics and scorecard data monthly for senior leader review and discussion
* Recommend changes to CAS audit profile to leadership as necessary, based on QC results
* Perform internal audit of all Educational Reimbursements processed in Concur, documenting findings for follow up discussion with DWSS and Enterprise Learning leaders
* Conduct special internal audit assignments at leadership request
* Primary point of contact for Management Audit provide information as necessary at their request and collaborate as requested on internal investigations
* Develop and maintain documentation of all Standard Operating Procedures for assigned audit responsibilities

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelors Degree Accounting or business related field
* Minimum of 5 years experience in financial auditing in a large organization

Preferred Qualifications:

* MBA
* CPA credential or other professional certification is desirable
