The Offer Performance Director is responsible for defining data-related requirements & deriving insights that bring out actionable gaps and opportunities in our Offering Portfolio as well as inform Offer performance. You are the link between the business, the Offer Management Team, the data analysts and scientists. You are good at telling a data-led story that helps drive strategic initiatives and priorities for our Offer Portfolio. You have worked in product organizations and have a point of view on how to devise measures of success for Offers.

This role reports to the Sr. Director of Offer Planning and Operations.

Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and deliver to an Offer analytics strategy catering to the following audience: Offer Management Leadership, our key Lines of Business/Pillars stakeholders, and Offer Managers.

* Interviewing and gathering requirements from a broad set of stakeholders & developing a deep understanding of how they will action on the results

* Delivering insights at varying levels of breadth, scope, and granularity appropriate for the audience:

* Adhoc & routine impact analyses for our Offer

* Offer performance measures that aid Offer Managers in roadmap/feature/capability development

* Joint accountability performance metrics and measures for Offer Management and the lines of businesses we support

* Structure approach to measuring portfolio performance, insights that inform future strategic investments and improving revenue contributions of the Offer portfolio

* Develop a deep understanding of Salesforce Customer Success Groups data assets and influence the creation of single sources of truth to aid in insights development

* Support a diverse and inclusive team culture to attract, retain, and grow talent

Requirements:

* BA/BS degree is Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics required, MBA is preferred

* 15+ years experience, including 5+ in product management, or analytics consulting

* Prior experience with applied statistics and machine learning

* Must have worked with BI/Analytics platforms such as Tableau

* Results oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor

* Detailed oriented, is expected to ensure highest level of quality/rigor in reports & data analysis

* Experience in presenting ideas, analysis and distilled actionable insights to Executive Leadership

* Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
