Mercer is recruiting for an experienced ChatBot Product Owner

As a Product Business Owner, this position is responsible for development and ownership of necessary pricing models, governance, organization and tracking of incoming requests, and backlog tracking

In this role you will be responsible for:
* Creating ChaBot and AI user and process flows to effectively communicate design ideas and requirements
* Designing automation and integration with third-party applications to drive an improved digital customer experience
* Establish best practices and design standards for an improved and scalable deployment plan
* Monitor project schedules to ensure timelines and deliverables are met; notify project manager and/or client if timelines are in jeopardy
* Participate in preview meetings to demonstrate system setup to clients before the system is finalized
* Test and analyze system configuration against requirement documents during implementation and administration
* Creates conceptual and functional designs for new and enhanced systems in coordination with business units and IT
* Identifies opportunities to utilize existing, enhanced, or new business methods to streamline work processes, documenting existing and/or new processing for communication to users within the organization
* Coordinates user review and approval at all stages of system development and delivery, which includes gathering system requests, developing test plans, executing user acceptance testing, documenting final procedures, and training users on new procedures
* Supports system implementations including tracking of deliverables and developing conversion migration plans
* Maintains and creates relationships with external vendors and clients
* Facilitates and directs project meetings with internal and external clients
* Oversees the day-to-day management of the department, which includes ensuring
* adequate staffing with properly trained personnel, accountability for quality and quantity of work, and guiding and advising subordinates in the more complex phases of their work
* Conducts performance appraisals, fosters employee development, interviews as appropriate, and serves as a role model for the operation

* Must have ChatBot AND AI experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities
* Operational technology background or the aptitude to research and learn complex technologies
* Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to prioritize responsibilities
