This role is located ONSITE (after covid) RTP, NC.
No remote option (post covid).
This role is responsible for analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications to support both current applications and the deployment of a new Global System. The selected individual will drive technical activities, work with the business team gathering/analyzing requirements, apply process and system knowledge, review with the technical implementation teams, test changes, and signoff. The following duties may be included:
* Perform business processes analysis, translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
* Perform detailed design, customization and implementation of IT solutions that meets/exceeds business requirements.
* Actively participate in workshops, meetings with process stakeholders/product owners to understand as-is processes and to design to-be processes.
* Provide operational analysis of business unit by analyzing performance metrics and business results.
* Use strategic thinking and IBM processes to determine the business needs. Partner with internal groups to implement solutions.
* Ensure urgent matters that require the executive's attention are attended to promptly.
* Active involvement on required projects to ensure plans are in place with minimal interruption to the business.
* Participate in meetings, take notes and log actions and owners.
* Conduct user acceptance tests, perform production support.
* Provide technical advice to executive team.

* Demonstrated ability to analyze business requirements
* Knowledgeable in the TSS Business is preferred but not required.
* Experienced Agile, Leadership and Dev Ops practitioner
* Model effective analyst behaviors in dealing with individuals and multi-functional teams.
* Effectively manage projects from initiation to completion.
* Model effective collaborative behaviors in dealing with individuals, teams, and business partners.
* Conduct effective negotiations in IT development, working with unit executives across the organization.
* Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to build/maintain effective relationships with clients and peers.
* Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.
* Quick learner and self-motivated.
