Description
The Enterprise Content Strategist is part of the Enterprise Content Strategy team. We are focused on developing and executing distinct and robust marketing and communications content strategies for community and brand business groups to drive awareness, engagement and reputation.
With expertise in a broad range of digital content formats and digital marketing distribution tactics, you help internal business partners drive action through integrated multi-channel content plans resulting in distinctive and relevant content experiences. Success will be measured against KPIs throughout the customer experience.
We lead the development of content strategy and creative solutions, and are key partners with a number of stakeholders throughout the process. To support this broad scope of responsibility and multiple internal partners, we work independently and facilitate project coordination with partners to ensure successful execution of content creation, publishing and distribution.
Responsibilities will be (but not limited) to:
* Lead community and brand content marketing strategy development and execution
* Develop, manage and execute on content marketing strategy plans which include robust and diverse content formats aligned with distribution channels and target audiences that drive results
* Prepare insight and data-driven multi-channel digital content solutions and recommendations with consideration for audience needs, desired business outcomes, cost and resource availability
* Lead paid social media content marketing efforts for community and brand marketing programs and partners closely with social distribution teams to ensure successful execution of social plans, and assists with social content creation when needed
* Communicate and influence at multiple levels across the organization, including interacting with executive leaders
* Lead all budget commitment and billing functions related to content marketing plans
* Deliver regular performance reporting back to key partners and Enterprise Content Strategy team to assess outcomes and optimize future plans
* Play a role in creating a measurement and insight driven approach and culture
* Provide guidance and expertise on best practices and emerging trends
Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience:
* 5 years of digital marketing / content marketing experience
* 3 or more years of social media marketing experience
* Ability to see the big picture, with a strategic mindset and approach
* Social Media and website experience a must
* Content measurement and digital analytics platform experience
* Ability to work in fast paced environment with competing priorities, successfully manage multiple large projects at once
* Vendor/agency management experience
* CMP (Content Marketing Platform) experience a plus
Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials:
* Bachelors Degree in relevant discipline required

Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday; 8:30AM 5:00PM
