Compliance Process and Projects Manager, Lead
Key Role:
Manage Cyber Task Order (CTO) processes, notification, tracking, and reporting of CTO releases and compliance statuses, determine the applicability of compliance requirements, as defined within Cybersecurity task orders from higher headquarters to ensure organizational requirements are implemented and verified. Coordinate and provide guidance, assistance, and recommended courses of action to ensure CTO compliance. Prepare and submit a plan of action and milestones (POA&Ms) to comply with Joint, DoD, and client directives and regulations. Conduct regular audits to ensure the client organization is operated securely and policies and procedures are being implemented, as defined by the DoD. Perform and manage activities for data gathering, collection, verification, and analysis for Cyber scorecard reporting, brief technical concepts to non-technical audiences, respond to queries and requests for reports, and provide leadership to junior employees. Prepare weekly and monthly Cyber scorecard metric reports and present enterprise-wide results to senior leadership, the DoD CIO, and the client. Serve as a Career Manager and lead a team in both cyber scorecard and CTO activities.
Basic Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience with Cybersecurity
* Knowledge of DoD 8500 series, NIST SP 800 series, DoD regulations and instructions, including 8140-01, DoDI 8530.01, CJCSI 6510.01, the Risk Management Framework (RMF), technical TTPs, such as ACAS, SCAP, STIGs, and other security monitoring tools
* TS/SCI clearance
* BA or BS degree
* 8140/8570 IAM II compliant certification
Additional Qualifications:
* Experience with multiple technology areas and determining the applicability of compliance requirements, as defined in CTOs from higher headquarters to ensure organizational requirements are implemented and verified

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
