Wholesale Banking provides financial solutions to businesses across the United States and globally. Our four major business lines include Corporate & Investment Banking, Commercial Banking, Commercial Real Estate, and Wells Fargo Commercial Capital. We also have groups in credit risk, group risk, finance, marketing, human relations, and the Wholesale Chief Operating Office that support our businesses.

The Product Initiatives Support team is a key part of the Customer Care For Businesses (CC4B) Business Initiatives Office specializing in supporting product and channel initiatives along with service and customer readiness models. Our overall mission is to better understand and advocate for our customers and employees in order to create exceptional experiences, meet business targets and reduce risk. Our Key partners include: Commercial Banking and Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) lines of business, Digital Solutions for Business (DS4B) and Treasury Management and Payment Solutions (TMPS)

As a member of our team you will be responsible for collaborating with our partners to lead, drive and own new self-service and support readiness models that are in line with Make It Easy strategies for our customers and employees. Be a critical thinker who can move quickly and take ownership in driving how our team supports our partners through identifying process improvements, managing expenses and mitigating risk. Build and develop strong partnerships through strategizing, planning and executing on key initiatives for product rollouts and enhancements.

Employees support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company. They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business units risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.

Required Qualifications
* 4+ year of experience in one or a combination of the following: administrative support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning in financial services demonstrated through work or military experience
* 2+ years of treasury management experience

Desired Qualifications
* A BS/BA degree or higher
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, LiveMeeting and SharePoint) skills
* Knowledge and understanding of treasury management industry, products and services
* Knowledge and understanding of Agile
* Ability to manage process improvement initiatives to optimize operational effectiveness and efficiencies
* Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management
* Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
* Ability to prepare management level presentations
* 2+ years of project management experience
* Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment
* Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment

Other Desired Qualifications
* Ability to identify and articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of an organization
* Ability to work effectively in virtual environment where key team members and partners are in various time zones and locations
* Develop and maintain internal support procedures, tools and related documents in support of our partners.
* 2+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: sales, sales support, implementation, product, business support, business initiatives or project management
* Ability to apply critical & strategic thinking
* 2 plus yeas of Treasury Management Implementation or Customer Service Support
